∎ Bachelors/ MBA/Masters /Engineering Degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate Sales Lead in Marine/ Industrial Paint/Corporate Sales and achieve sales target of the company.
∎ Create new account for Marine /Industrial Paint/Corporate Sales and manage existing account effectively and efficiently.
∎ Will be responsible to visit clients extensively for new contracts and to build and maintain good relationship.
∎ Will also be responsible for preparing price quotations and offer, ensure product timely delivery, collecting payment and report to supervisor and department properly.
∎ Will be responsible to have in depth knowledge of the paint products, process and application.
∎ Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the sales that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
∎ Handle Key Corporate Accounts and build strong relationships and customer satisfaction. Striving to maximize profit margin.
∎ Monitor payment outstanding collections from the clients against approved credit limits to collect payments within due dates.
∎ Any others assign job by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have a minimum 2-3 years experience in Marine / Industrial Paint/ Corporate Sales.
∎ Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have strong leadership and Managerial capabilities and attributes.
∎ Must be well conversant in English with MS-office.
