We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who is not just a "manager" but a "performer." If you have a proven track record of scaling sales through paid media, we want you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Design and execute high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ad campaigns to drive direct sales for Smart Eco Stove.
Multi-Channel Strategy: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display) and TikTok Ads to maintain a healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Funnel Optimization: Build and manage marketing funnels, including retargeting strategies to convert cold leads into loyal customers.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad copies and visuals (Reels/Videos) are optimized for high engagement and conversion.
Data Analysis: Monitor daily performance metrics, provide weekly reports on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and adjust budgets based on performance.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the cooking appliance industry and competitor ad strategies.
