Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify new business opportunities,
∎ Hard working Freshers are encouraged to apply. Having experience at industrial sector (Fire & Safety) will get priority.
∎ Forecast to achieve the company's sales target and objectives for both products & services.
∎ Market assessments, sales trends analysis, and product and sales movements to ensure the development and implementation of a robust business plan.
∎ Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and managing effective relationships with key partners.
∎ Regular market research and reporting the content to senior management will be required.
∎ Usage of Power point/excel for such reporting is a routine job
∎ A strong network is to be developed with key partners, i.e. through face to face meeting, attending various seminar/conferences etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, presentation skill and deep knowledge will be required to perform such important job.
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ The ability to make BOQ, Quotation, cost analysis, negotiation, and project implementation will get priority.
