• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age 25 to 55 years

• Identify new business opportunities, Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company`s customer base, and ensure its strong presence in business for firefighting and safety equipment for all kinds of projects.

• Forecast to achieve the company`s sales target and objectives for both products & services.

• Market assessments, sales trends analysis, and product and sales movements to ensure the development and implementation of a robust business plan.

• Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and managing effective relationships with key partners.

• Regular market research and reporting the content to senior management will be required. Usage of Power point/xcell for such reporting is a routine job

• A strong network is to be developed with key partners, i.e. through face to face meeting, attending various seminar/conferences etc. Strong interpersonal skill, presentation skill and deep knowledge will be required to perform such important job.

• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.

• The ability to make BOQ, Quotation, cost analysis, negotiation, and project implementation will get priority.

• Coordinate & prepare documents concerning Govt. tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre qualifications./submission
