Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Proposed/As-built fire Detection System designs in compliance with applicable codes and standards (NFPA, BNBC, RSC Guideline, FM Global, etc.).
Prepare Fire protection System(Automatic Sprinkler Systems, Standpipe Systems, Fire Hydrant Systems, Clean Agent Systems with applicable codes and standards (NFPA, BNBC, RSC Guideline, FM Global, etc.).
Developing fire safety plans in accordance with BFSCD standards.
Perform hydraulic calculations for sprinkler and hydrant systems.
Develop design drawings, calculations, BOQ, specifications, and technical submittals.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during installation
Participate in authority approvals and client meetings.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Preparing comprehensive reports and documentation for fire detection/protection
Systems for pre/final Testing and Commissioning (T&C) following NFPA and RSC Guideline.
