Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities
∎ Demonstrate and present and sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
∎ Organize and attend sales visits and daily reporting.
∎ Maintain accurate sales record.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
∎ Prepare report on goals, sales, and prospects
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
∎ Review of sales performance.
∎ Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Motorbike Driving Skill with license will be treated as advantage
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
∎ Computer Skill in MS Word
∎ Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill
∎ Excellent communication skill

∎ Sales Commission on basis of Sales margin
