∎ BSc in Architecture
∎ MBA in Marketing from any reputed public/private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare own Interior & Exterior Design sales plan and to achieve set target
∎ To assist line manager, developing Interior & Exterior sales strategy aligning residential, commercial and industrial business plan
∎ To prepare individual sales budget and to maintain business center wise cost aiming to profitability
∎ Participate in the Interior & Exterior market customer research, study market conditions, competitor data, analyze future demand and to assist line manager setting business plan
∎ Weekly Report on Sales and category wise (Architectural Planning & Design, Interior & Exterior) Customer Complaint Reconciliation with correction plan to the Sales Manager - Interior & Exterior.
∎ Tracking sales data In Digital Platform to ensure the company meets sales quotas
∎ To evaluate own performance, to correct improvement areas and to perform towards Excellent
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s) in Sales at any Architectural Farm.
∎ Knowledge on Design building & construction materials
∎ Must have knowledge of excellent approach towards client, arrange meeting with clients/customers & planning
Salary: Negotiable
