∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion,Business development,Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit door to door and the corporate houses to generate sales lead
∎ Follow up and convert the sales lead into actual sales/permanent client
∎ Customer data collection with appropriate contact point and share with Management time to time
∎ Entertain the requirement of corporate houses with all kinds of groceries and stationaries product
∎ Manage the corporate orders and ensure the payment collection
∎ Daily Reporting on client visit
∎ Take care of the big Monthly Bazar requirement for the retail customers
∎ Develop and manage the appropriate vendor/supplier relevant to our business operation
∎ Meet the sales target as per management expectations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Hard working
∎ Good co communication skill
∎ Convincing power
∎ Well behavior
∎ Target oriented

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ A portion of salary will be directly linked with the sales target

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ KPI/ Target Based performance Bonus
