Purpose
This role supports Alokito Teachers’ outreach and growth by directly connecting with teachers and education professionals through structured phone-based communication. The Sales Executive will play a key role in introducing teachers to AT’s programs, understanding their needs, and supporting their onboarding journey into professional development plans. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in education outreach, communication, and ethical sales within a mission-driven organization.
Job Responsibilities
Outreach & Calling
Make outbound calls to teachers and education professionals from provided lead lists
Clearly introduce and explain Alokito Teachers’ offerings: Alokito Future Teachers (AFT); Alokito Subject Experts (ASE); Teacher Plans
Understand teacher needs, interest levels, and eligibility
Share accurate information on program structure, timelines, and next steps
Conduct follow-up calls with interested or warm leads
Maintain respectful, professional, and empathetic communication at all times
Tracking & Coordination
Log daily call activities and outcomes in the assigned tracker
Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarded teachers
Share weekly progress updates with the reporting manager
Flag common questions, objections, or feedback from teachers to improve outreach quality
Targets & Output Expectations
Achieve 300 - 600 calls per month
Support 20 -30 teacher onboardings per month
Maintain 90%+ follow-up completion rate for interested leads
