∎ Lesson Planning and Curriculum DevelopmentDesign and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.Develop and adapt curricula to meet the needs of diverse learners.Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning.Strong understanding of the curriculum
∎ Instruction and Classroom ManagementDeliver clear and effective instructions on various aspects of English, including grammar, writing, reading, comprehension and literatureManage classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment.Employ differentiated instruction strategies to accommodate students with varying learning styles and abilities.
∎ Assessment and EvaluationCreate, administer, and grade assessments such as quizzes, tests, essays, and presentations.Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.Track and report student progress to parents, administrators, and other stakeholders.
∎ Student Engagement and SupportFoster a love for reading and writing through creative assignments and discussions.Encourage students to think critically and express their ideas clearly.Offer extra help sessions and support for struggling students.
