Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop, implement and direct the organisation's operational and fiscal function and performance
∎ Provide accurate analysis of budgets, and reports and make necessary adjustments to ensure performance meets forecasts
∎ Write funding proposals, prepare budgets, submit and monitor these for potential donors, investors, and partners
∎ Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop customised targeted sales strategies
∎ Organise and attend events and network with relevant stakeholders
∎ Establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
∎ Understand stakeholder needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential stakeholder questions and follow-up call questions
∎ Manage timelines and deliverables
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
