∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree with Certificate Course in respective field of Travel & Tourism Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have familiarity with Local & Overseas vendors, Airlines, Hotels & other Service providers, Embassy related Offices, IATA & ATAB and have a Loyal Customer Base in Air Ticketing and Visa Processing Industry
∎ Should be experienced in Asian/ European Country visa processing, corresponding with embassy related offices, arranging and preparing supporting documents for visa application etc.
∎ Dealing correspondences, coordination & liaise with local and overseas Vendors, Embassies, Airlines, Hotels & Other Service Providers, IATA & ATAB. Make Hotel and Tour reservations, Make flight reservations in Galileo, Abacus and web bases.
∎ Counseling and Advising to Clients regarding all types of tourist & business visas, Travel Options, Budgeting, Plan Travel Itineraries, Provide Support in Reservation of Ticket/ Hotel/ Package, Supporting amendment or cancellation of reservation etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skill in English both verbal & written;
∎ Attending Social Media pages dynamically;
∎ Regular E-mail Correspondence with Suppliers, Clients and Authorities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 Years' Experience in the practical field of Sales/ Marketing of Air Ticket, Tour Package & Visa Processing and ability to handle sales and counseling independently.
∎ Age Limit: 25-40 Years (may be relaxed for preserving candidates)
∎ Self-Motivated, Responsive and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Fluency in English is must;
