Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Certification or training in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air ticket sales or travel agency operations.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email, booking systems).
• Team player with a proactive and positive mindset.

• Sell domestic and international air tickets to individual and corporate clients.
• Handle airline reservations, bookings, re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate airfare quotations and travel solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, GDS systems, and travel partners to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new corporate and retail clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support professionally.
• Maintain proper records of sales, invoices, and daily transactions.
• Keep updated with airline fares, promotions, route changes, and travel regulations.
• Prepare sales reports and submit them to the supervisor regularly.
