- 2–3 years of sales experience in Agro products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with rural markets and agricultural cycles.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Promote and sell products, and other agro inputs.
- Visit farms, agro-stores, and markets to build relationships and drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate farmers on proper usage.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
