Educational Requirements:
∎ Post graduate / MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Result Driven; self-motivated with able to analyze and interpret the market precisely and work towards it
∎ Proven end sales skills-prospecting, target management and market awareness
∎ Capable of identifying target markets with commercial negotiation skills
∎ Create new customer base for both export & import, air freight and Domestic Logistic business
∎ Perform sales target and achieve growth
∎ Prepare market report with business/product segment and identify potential market/customers
∎ Develop new product and business
∎ Communicate with CCP offices with target customer's information and to approach to customers at destination side with appropriate sales approach
∎ Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales activity and forecast to team head
∎ Post graduate / MBA
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience to work with reputed FFW company in Bangladesh as Sales & Marketing team employee
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both writing and speaking. Good IT knowledge & interpersonal skill
