Job Responsibilities:
∎ Buyer's Purchase Order status monitor with the suppliers.
∎ Communicate with buyer and update Purchase Order status, prepare shipment plan with buyer's nominated carrier and schedule
∎ Obtainer buyer's approval against segment plan
∎ Forward buyer's approval to suppliers and provide cargo delivery date to suppliers for shipment arrangement
∎ Collect cargo receiving status from CFS operation team and check cargo details with buyer's approved orders and quantity
∎ Convey container load plan to CFS operation team and provide cargo loading method into the container
∎ Book shipment with nominated carrier and share carrier booking number to CFS operation team for equipment pick-up and to place at CFS for cargo loading
∎ Collect container manifest from CFS operation team and update container manifest in system
∎ Collect shipment advice from carrier and share same to suppliers
∎ Collect BL draft from suppliers and upload in carrier's system and then collect BL draft from carrier, forward same to shipper for checking and confirming for final print
∎ Collect al shipment related documents from suppliers , check and then upload in system
∎ Send Post shipment advice with vessel, BL and other information
∎ Collect service charges from supplier and release BL
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain management /Freight forwarding company. Excellent communication skill in English both writing and speaking.
∎ Good interpersonal skill. Skill in MS office and outlook. l
