∎ Post Graduate / MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Sales supporter with Go-Get attitude
∎ Strong sales insight to innovative and charismatic leadership personality to inspire & boost up the sales volume
∎ Result Driven; self-motivated with able to analyze and interpret the market precisely and work towards it
∎ Know sales strategic and strong mindset for teamwork
∎ Proven end sales skills-prospecting, target management and market awareness
∎ Capable of identifying target markets with commercial negotiation skills
∎ Create new customer base for both export - import ocean, air freight and Domestic Logistic business
∎ Achieve sales target and growth
∎ Prepare market report with business/product segment and identify potential market/customers
∎ Develop new product and business
∎ Communicate with CCP offices with target customer's information and to approach to customers at destination side with appropriate sales approach
∎ Monitor sales performance of other sales team colleagues and guide with sales strategy
∎ Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales activity and forecast to MGT
∎ Post graduate / MBA
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience to work with reputed FFW or Logistics company in Bangladesh as Sales & Marketing team employee. Please do not apply those who does not have Logistics & shipping background.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both writing and speaking. Good IT knowledge & interpersonal skill
