We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and challenge-loving professional who love to enjoy dealing with interpreters and handling both local and international industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Communicate and building up bridge with foreign and local industrial clients – Build lasting relationships and maintain professional communication across borders
- Resolve client issues efficiently – Offer timely solutions and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
- Conduct industrial visits – Be ready to travel locally and internationally to meet clients and explore business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments – Ensure smooth service flow across departments to deliver client success
- Present technical solutions clearly – Understand machines and technology to explain product offerings confidently
- Maintain client records and feedback – Document, analyze, and improve client satisfaction processes
- Represent the company professionally – Be the brand ambassador for Taiwan Machinery in every client interaction
