Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire updated information regarding the current & upcoming business trends and economic trends.
∎ Preparing business analysis and business proposal on the basis of existing information.
∎ Researching and analyzing the market to find out better business opportunities.
∎ Understanding the future perspective of the company and developing strategies for growth accordingly.
∎ Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company in long run.
∎ Finding out faults and loop holes in the current business strategies and change them and help in preventing stagnancy in the business by implementing new ideas continuously.
∎ Maintaining continuous client relationships through client follow-up and responding to their queries is one of the most important parts of a business development executive's job profile.
∎ Collect, assimilate and compile information on the market, its growth, competition, potential investment areas.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Attending different sales meetings, conference and industry events.
∎ Training and helping sales force to develop their skills.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in the field of Sales & Development role.
∎ Should have experience in the reputed MNC/Local FMCG industry.
∎ Should have good successful record in the similar position.
Salary: Negotiable
