Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and engage potential ICT clients to generate leads.
Maintain prospect database and communicate via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Prepare and present technical sales proposals and product demos.
Explain solution features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients.
Coordinate with technical teams to address client inquiries and support needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor solutions to improve sales strategies.
Gather client feedback to enhance products and user experience.
Track sales activities, prepare reports, and update management.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales efforts.
Assist with post-sale onboarding and support as needed.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
