Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for training and innovation programs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Assist with brand development and positioning.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics.
- Maintain and update marketing contact databases.
