Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for training and innovation programs.
Conduct market and competitor analysis.
Assist with brand development and positioning.
Track and report campaign performance metrics.
Maintain and update marketing contact databases.
