Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, and order placement.
Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately.
Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and scheduling.
Monitor stock levels and provide updates on product availability.
Follow up on payments and assist with collections.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing.
Provide administrative support to the sales department.
