Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have at least four years of experience on the Apartment, Plot and Land share
∎ Sales.
∎ Must have the ability to motivate and lead the Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Should maintain the proper communication with the clients.
∎ Must visit the Clients/ Projects as required.
∎ Should submit daily marketing plan and daily visit reports to the Executive.
∎ Overall he should be responsible generate the newer ideas, plan & design how to
∎ increase the sale of the company.
∎ Prepare self-action plan and strategies.
∎ Maintain a customer database.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 55 years
∎ The applicants must have experience in Real Estate Company/ Housing Development
∎ Company.
