Job Context:
∎ Floor Service Assistant is responsible to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and availability of quality products & full fill-in-the-shelf to maximize departmental performance and achieve desired business objectives. He/she is required to evaluate & improve himself day by day & adherence to SOPs on a continual basis & work towards achieving targets.
∎ Reports to Floor Supervisor / Floor Manager - Outlet
∎ Function: Operation
∎ Location: Outlet
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & control the activities of Distributors / Promotors and Product
∎ Expiry product shorting and Damage product management
∎ Ensure the realization of transactions against daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
∎ Responding to customer complaints with manageable manners
∎ Organizing promotional events, customer communication, and branding
∎ Ensure product availability and display from the shortlist
∎ Increase Bosket value and achieve monthly sales target
∎ Identify and solve the sale & marketing related problems
∎ Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety
∎ Follow-up market research and observe the Competitor’s strategy to develop their own foot-print
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, Sales & Marketing
