Greet and assist customers in a polite, professional, and well-mannered manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
