• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and up selling of products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and inventory levels to answer customer inquiries accurately.
• Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring shelves are organized and well-presented.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to merchandising standards.
• Customer Feedback: Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working to resolve issues promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a positive work environment.
• Reporting: Assist in maintaining sales records, inventory counts, and other administrative tasks as required.
