Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Negotiate deals and close transactions with buyers and investors.
Marketing & Promotion
Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and outdoor).
Create promotional materials such as brochures, ads, and social media content.
Collaborate with marketing teams to increase brand awareness.
Organize property exhibitions and events to attract potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Reporting
Monitor real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
Suggest improvements based on market insights.
