Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Create innovative campaigns to promote GSIS Academy's courses and services.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team to achieve marketing and sales objectives. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop actionable sales plans and guide the sales team to achieve targets. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to address challenges.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, organize, and lead events that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Ensure events are executed seamlessly, delivering measurable results.
Consumer Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities. Address challenges proactively with effective problem-solving strategies.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships to enhance GSIS Academy’s market position.
Performance Monitoring:
- Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts. Provide insights to improve future strategies and outcomes.
