Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree Major in Marketing or relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle Inbound & Outbound calls of the students.
∎ Must be comfortable making 100+ calls per day generating interest, qualifying prospects, and making new admissions.
∎ Counsel students & working professionals about ongoing courses.
∎ Handling counseling via multiple channels including telephone calls, walk-ins, chats, and emails.
∎ Rigorous follow-up of leads.
∎ Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the student/ working professionals.
∎ Delivery of Sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment & Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions.
∎ Able to conduct Promotional Live via different social media.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a go-getter attitude and very good communication skills.
∎ Competency in English
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office & G-Suite
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
∎ Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
