Background:
National Council of YMCAs of Bangladesh in brief NCYB was established in 1974 and registered under the Societies Registration Act - 1860 in 1974 as a Voluntary Organization. NCYB is the collective body of Local YMCAs located at the different parts of Bangladesh. NCYB is an affiliated member of Asia and Pacific of Alliance of YMCAs and World Alliance of YMCAs. The National Council of YMCAs of Bangladesh is planning to recruit Sales and Marketing Executive for its new project named YMCA Training Centre & Guest House located at B-2, Jalesware, PO: PATC, Savar, Dhaka-1343.
Responsibilities:
He or She will make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel.
Will contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements. Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel.
He or She will provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary.
Oversee the booking and reservation of space at the hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure clients have a good time.
Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals.
Set annual targets in regards to communicate with newer organization and implement strategies effective for achieving set targets. He / She will also make follow-up visits to the organization previously visited.
Work closely with the other department of this project to share the feedbacks and requirement of the guests.
Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage.
Sales and Marketing Executive will perform his/her job under the close supervision of Manager of YMCA Training Centre and Guest House.
Job Other Benifits:
The monthly salary for the experience candidate could be negotiable.
