Job Context:
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
∎ Experience working in the furniture industry is preferred.
∎ Bachelor`s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
∎ Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Create marketing campaigns and promotions that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
∎ Provide training and support to sales associates and designers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
