Job Context:
∎ For modern home and office furniture
∎ ESSIL, a manufacturer and importer of modern Home and Office furniture, is inviting applications from dynamic, proactive, goal-oriented committed candidates for the following positions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching for new clients and travelling to visit potential clients
∎ Hard working, sincere and energetic for door-to-door sales. Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.
∎ Monitor & follow-up the individual, monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
∎ Develop strong business relationship with key customer and visit the market on a regular basis.
∎ Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
∎ Managing and interpreting customer requirements
∎ Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
∎ Able to meet the sales target.
∎ Collect market information and submit a report on competitors' activities.
∎ Good client handling skills and offering after-sales services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience Meet, develop new customers and follow up with existing customers
∎ Lead the sales team and marketing team
∎ Must have leadership and strategic skills aimed at successfully leading the team
∎ Must meet monthly sales and marketing target
∎ Formulate and/or revise sales and marketing plans and strategies when required
∎ Coordinate with factory technicians in order to get products made and prepared as to customer's requirements.
