Job Context:
∎ Searching for a skillful, innovative, Competent, Energetic, Confident, Proactive, Positive attitude & result oriented, excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills in English & Bengali with computer skill & strong sense of responsibilities and self-motivated Marketing Officers for a Jute Industry for marketing/sales, rapid expansion, Promotion, Supervision and to smooth run the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate is responsible for Sales, Marketing & Export development of Jute yarns/jute products
∎ Identify market abroad; maintain relationship with the buyers for export development.
∎ Prepare sale, Business and Marketing Plan to optimize revenue opportunities.
∎ Drive to increase sales and achieve targets by utilizing all opportunities.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, monthly sales achievement reports, Stock reports etc.
∎ Maintain relationship with bank, customs, C&F, and other organization to ensure smooth export of products.
∎ To maintain appropriate communicative knowledge with customers & Handling different types of claims efficiently.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ The applicants should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them necessary information in time.
∎ Experience in ERP Software will get preference.
∎ Maintain official Documents and ensure proper documentation of the concerned Department.
∎ Follow up daily activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ Responsible for Export Documentation, Fund Collection & Banking with an Export oriented Jute Product Industries
∎ Generating revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing by using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
∎ Correspondence with the prospective clients.
∎ To attain the buyer's complain & Satisfactions.
∎ Order handling of Jute products/yarn/ ago-products and follow up for the production, market and customers/ buyers.
∎ Assist to Develop new customers/buyers to enhance business in jute yarns/products.
∎ Assist to Plan, prepare and implement monthly/ quarterly/ yearly strategic marketing plans.
∎ Follow up with the existing local and International buyers.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
