Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Clearing and Forwarding, Commercial/ Export-Import, Preparing import and export document, Reporting and Documentation, Sea port operation, Shipping, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor/perform survey activities,Stuffing/unstuffing/ post landing/Shipment formalities..
∎ To manage Sea Ports (CPA, MPA, PPA,BLPA etc) Operations, ICD operation, Customs Clearances and Shipping formalities-- e.g communication with Vessel Owner, Off docks, MLOs, Ship's Captain/Chief Officers and Charterer etc.
∎ To work on provision supplies & Preparing estimated PDA, OTR, DDR-FDR, IGM, BE, C&F, Transport & Logistics tasks etc
∎ To attend in port berthing meeting regularly and follow up accordingly.
∎ To liaison with port concerns & pilot to arrange vessels safe berthing.
∎ To liaison with Importer and stevedore for smooth discharging of cargo.
∎ To prepare Final PDA to settle estimated PDA.
∎ To use software to manage shipping and commercial operation.
∎ To inspect Stencils, labels, bar-codes and other features of completed orders.
∎ To Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes
∎ To resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
∎ To solve and analyse operational data to help improve efficiencies and to also predict operational problems.
∎ To Place carrier bookings as per approved schedule and also contact with carriers for any issue to resolve as first contract.
∎ To maintain documentation Formalities as per Import and Export Policy of the Government (Shipping Documents e.g BE, BL, INVOICE, LC, LCA, IGM, EGM, Relavent Reports etc) timely and accurately.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent should have practical knowledge about commercial function.
∎ Capable to negotiate with commercial correspondence to Bank, buyers and suppliers.
∎ Conduct reconciliation with banks including acceptance, discrepancy, maturity etc
∎ Execute, Coordinate, Monitor and manage LC related works/issues, all kinds of commercial related banking functions and proper maintain commercial documentations time to time.
∎ Capable to official letter drafting to bank, suppliers & buyers.
∎ Should have educate knowledge about Custom Duty,Tax,Tariff ,H.S Code,Shipping Agent Etc.
∎ Import and Export documents preparation.
