Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Sales: Explain system capacities (kVA/kW), battery discharge rates, and inverter efficiency to clients.
System Sizing: Calculate load requirements for homes and offices to recommend the correct IPS or Solar package.
Field Surveys: Visit installation sites to check wiring feasibility, roof space for solar panels, and ventilation for battery banks.
Dealer Support: Provide technical product walkthroughs to retail partners and sub-dealers.
Market Analysis: Keep track of competitor specs and pricing in the local power sector.
