Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily Compass Cases Sales Report to concern management.
∎ Daily ADS report update.
∎ Daily Primary & Secondary report to line manager.
∎ Weekly Sales confirmation.
∎ Keep Primary & Secondary historical data. Make sure data accuracy.
∎ Wholesales.
∎ Hub & spoke.
∎ Hilly & Riverine
∎ JBP
∎ KO&ED
∎ Various slab programs.
∎ BBD and Burst leakage calculation for Sales, Accounts, and Finance. (By 15th of the month)
∎ Incorporate Trade Promotion on an ERP weekly basis.
∎ Incorporate Updated Value Chain in ERP.
∎ New Product design in ERP.
∎ Open the distributor code in ERP & SFA and update the distributor information.
∎ Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales report to required personnel.
∎ Daily Compass Cases Sales Report to concern management.
∎ Daily ADS report update.
∎ Daily Primary & Secondary report to line manager.
∎ Weekly Sales confirmation.
∎ Keep Primary & Secondary historical data. Make sure data accuracy.
∎ Sales Claim settlement

∎ Hilly & Riverine

∎ KO&ED
∎ Various slab programs.

∎ Additional Sales Support

∎ Coordination of factory & regional distribution team for any type of issue related to product stock, product price, ERP problem, etc.

∎ Coordination of regional MIS for any type of issue related to the Sales lifecycle.
∎
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the line manager & Top management.
