Since its inception 1984, Marble Di Carrara has become the most prominent name in the stone industry for supplying only quality marble and granite stones to residential and commercial projects. To meet its expansion requirements, Marble Di Carrara (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for dynamic individuals for this position.
∎ Job location Dhaka Division; must also visit other divisions for market analysis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing daily report and feedback from the sales team coordinator
∎ Based on daily report, research and identify ways to promote sales and make necessary decision
∎ Work closely with team coordinator on SWOT analysis
∎ Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the sales team
∎ New business development
∎ Recruit, train and coach the sales team
∎ Set sales target and motivate sales team
∎ Report to the management accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Leadership and Motivation skills
∎ Sales and industry experience
∎ Decision-making skills
∎ Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, ERP software and email
∎ Energetic and hardworking
∎ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
∎ Good communication skills (Bangla and English)
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales related managerial profession
