Job Context:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to increase and monitor the sales of his assigned territories
∎ Job Location: Dhaka City.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain sales reports (product and volume-based), customer database and update existing market coverage plan.
∎ Ensure the achievement of territory sales targets.
∎ To search and appoint distributors and build up a strong distribution network.
∎ Ensure product availability and display in the assigned territory.
∎ Managing, training, counseling, recruiting, controlling, evaluating job performance and motivating the team members to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
∎ To work extensively in the market.
∎ Explore and develop new customers.
∎ Analyzing sales data and forecasting future sales.
∎ Report competitor's activities and market information to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ 1 to 5 years as Sales Executive/Sales Supervisor in a reputed FMCG company.
∎ Must be target oriented
∎ Must be smart, dynamic, and self-motivated
∎ Well-groomed, good interpersonal communication skill and ability to work independently and under pressure
∎ Must be capable of driving the motorcycle
∎ Applicants having own motorcycle and driving license will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
