• Only Male

1、 Background：5 Years+  Experienced or above in IVD industry ， 3 year experience in BGM or CGM Or POCT is better  

2、 Strong express resistance， career sense and willing to challenge, Strong execute ability

3、 Knowledge of legal business operations is required to ensure company activities comply with local laws

4、 Team management experience required.

1、 Driving sales objective 

A、Break down and formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the department/region based on the company's annual strategy.

B、Develop and execute specific sales strategies, action plans, and budgets to ensure sales targets are met.

2、Team Management and Development

A、 Responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching, and talent pipeline development of the sales team.

B、Develop team performance assessment plans, and enhance team effectiveness through daily management (meetings, joint client visits, post-mortem reviews).

C、Motivate team members, foster a positive and competitive team atmosphere, and reduce the turnover rate of core personnel. 

3. Market Development and Customer Management

A、 Develop new markets and new customers (especially key accounts or critical channels) to increase market share. Such as Hospital，Online business ,NGO，Tender participation. Etc.

B、 Maintain relationships with existing important customers, handle major complaints or emergent issues, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.

C、Collect and provide feedback on customer needs to assist the company in optimizing.

D、Payment collection and tracking （ subsidairy business ）

4、Marketing and report  

A、 Competitors’ information following-up  and Strategy adjustment.

B、 Tender information from hospitals.

C、 Conduct marketing activities arrangement and execution.

D、 Monthly presentation
