Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/BSC in social sciences, psychology, or any related technical field (MA is
∎ a plus).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Lead surveys, need assessments and feasibility studies required for safe spaces.
∎ -Lead the design of safe spaces in a way that adheres to standards and guidelines, while also meeting the expectation of program participants
∎ -Lead the design and implementation of safe space activities for Rohingya groups women and children , based on identified needs amongst female participants and their children, in alignment with the programs overall objectives
∎ -Work closely with community leaders, partners, communities, and vulnerable households to identify and register invisible beneficiaries
∎ -In collaboration with the M&E Team contribute to creating plans to monitor and evaluate all safe space activities, identifying the main objectives, and providing reports to maintain good quality interventions
∎ -Directly supervise the safe space officer, providing training and technical support as appropriate and related to safe spaces standards, protection and communication
∎ -Provide guidance and build team capacity as appropriate
∎ -Prepare and conduct training sessions in areas related to protection, GBV, when needed, for program staff and youth leaders.
∎ -Submit written reports in English in a timely manner, to describe the changes observed, challenges to overcome and tracking beneficiaries
∎ -Ensure that all Purchase Requests and other documents related to project planning are in place and submitted on time
∎ -Follow-up on procurements as needed
∎ -Ensure that all the payments are submitted to the Skills Development and other related concerns on time
∎ -Coordinate activities with other local actors (governmental and non-governmental)
∎ -Support key program staff to ensure the activities are running effectively and making best use of project resources
∎ -Participate in relevant team meetings and external as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ experience managing safe space activities.
Salary: Tk. 27500 (Monthly)
