Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/BSC in social sciences, psychology, or any related technical field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Assist on surveys, need assessments and feasibility studies required for safe spaces.
∎ -Lead the design of safe spaces in a way that adheres to standards and guidelines, while also meeting the expectation of program participants
∎ -Support to safe space activities for Rohingya groups women and children based on identified needs amongst female participants and their children, in alignment with the programs overall objectives
∎ -Work closely with community leaders, partners, communities, and vulnerable households to identify and register invisible beneficiaries
∎ -In collaboration with the SSO and M&E Team contribute to creating plans to monitor and evaluate all safe space activities, identifying the main objectives, and providing reports to maintain good quality interventions
∎ -Work with the safe space officer, assist on training and technical support as appropriate and related to safe spaces standards, protection and communication
∎ -Provide guidance and build team capacity as appropriate
∎ -Assist on preparing and conduct training sessions in areas related to protection,GBV, when needed, for program staff and youth leaders.
∎ - Assist on writing reports in English in a timely manner, to describe the changes observed, challenges to overcome and tracking beneficiaries
∎ -Ensure that all Purchase Requests and other documents related to project planning are in place and submitted on time
∎ - Coordinate activities with other local actors (governmental and nongovernmental)
∎ - Support key program staff to ensure the activities are running effectively and making best use of project resources
∎ - Participate in relevant team meetings and external as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ experience managing safe space activities.
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
