∎ DVM/MBA/Masters/BBA/Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and oversee Poultry Feed, Aqua Feed & Cattle Feed sales
∎ Plan, executes & facilitate sales strictly according to the approved plan, budget & time frame
∎ Preparing of Sales Budget & Work Plan for implementation as per company SOP
∎ Coordinate efforts to the team members & other department to deliver the target sales effectively & efficiently
∎ Manage day to day sales operation as per company SOP accordingly
∎ Ensure team works for achieving the sales target effectively by monitoring and controlling as per company SOP
∎ Ensure proper distribution of products as per company SOP
∎ Ensure compliance to all relevant safety procedures across the department for building peaceful working environment
∎ Update reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro ProcessingSeedGM)
∎ Minimum 2-3 years experiences in relevant field
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bangla & English
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Self-driven, decision making, problem solving, ethical to maintain confidentiality and can-do attitude
∎ Computer skill: MS Words, MS Excel, Power Point
Salary:
∎ Negotiable but lucrative salary will be provided to the really deserving candidate
