Job Context:
∎ We are looking for smart & experienced Leader who are really experience in Feed Industry
∎ (Poultry, Fish and Cattle feed).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Depot & Dealer set up and maintain
∎ Relation development to depot, dealers & farmer.
∎ Network and communication with other company.
∎ Network and Communication Veterinary doctor and Pharmacy.
∎ Have to Promotional activities (Social Media, Electric Media, and Print Media).
∎ Have to Check Lead, phone call, e-mail, physical visit report of Sales Team.
∎ Capable of various campaign and brand established in the across the country
∎ Ensue sales and target achievement.
∎ Fill up target which will be given by boss.
∎ Report send to boss daily or monthly.
∎ Presentation making about sales report.
∎ Must be able to fulfill targets.
∎ Gather competitor information/activities
∎ Recording Client information & reporting to superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 40 years .
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Applicants who have extensive Sales & marketing experience will get preference.
∎ Candidates with 10-15 years of proactive experience in Marketing & Sales. Function with at least 5 years of experience in similar/top managerial position.
∎ The candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills.
∎ Smart, dynamic & result-oriented.
∎ Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ High proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Spreadsheet) and Software Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company.
∎ Willing to travel all over Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates having experience in Group of Companies or any other multinational company will get an advantage.
