∎ At least 2-4 years of experience with a proven track record in the relevant fields
∎ Must have experience in dealing with Government Offices and officials
∎ Must have the preparedness to offer the bank’s product, proposition and solutions to the target market
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office and conceptual understanding of banking/financial software
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines

∎ Identify the target market and develop new businesses to enrich the bank’s business portfolio and seek growth opportunities
∎ Increase the customer base in the Government Relations segment
∎ Achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities outlined in the role
∎ Communicate effectively with customers and potential customers to identify sales opportunities
∎ Ensure high-quality services and responses to customers and stakeholders
∎ Build and leverage client relationships to grow branch share of the client's wallet
∎ Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
∎ Actively participate in digital activation of the customers assigned
∎ Communicate with respective business channels or customers to reduce NPL
∎ Ensure high levels of customer retention through effective customer relationship management
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to recommend improvements in the business process or strategy
