∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide systematic supervision & service improvement instructions to Sales Associates ( on the job & team meetings)
∎ Supervise cash register & Stock inventory management
∎ Monthly two times stock tally check
∎ Renovate & Maintain international standard display of different products as per market demand & customer convenience
∎ Customer query addressing & Crisis management
∎ Periodic evaluation & Reporting to management
∎ Be physically fit, easily accessible over phone 24/7

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years of Retail Sales experience in servicing similar Customer Group & Segment
∎ Internet & Computer Savvy
∎ Fluent in Microsoft Office (Specially Excel & Word), Google Sheet & Word
∎ Able to Lead a Sales Associate Team of 12 - 15 people
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Customer Management
∎ High on work ethics & time discipline
∎ Friendly Personality & Positive Body Language
∎ Be active on Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
∎ Confident, Smart & Orderly Appearance that is viewed as replicable for the Sales Associates
∎ The ability to supervise on more than one ongoing sales floor activities
∎ His/her physical presence should influence energy & positive attitude among the Sales Team
∎ Have good understanding over Parents' buying choices & priorities

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
