Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative position for a Luxury Retail Mehnur Baby Shop and Mehar`s Health and Beauty to provide excellent customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a friendly attitude make you successful in this role.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Showroom Sales, responsible for providing reliable, prompt & friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction of the showroom.
∎ Must be creative thinker, hard worker, Planning & organizing the sales goal and promotional activities to ensure sales targets.
∎ Take customers mobile number, Address, Name while selling and enter into the software.
∎ Prepare the necessary documents and submit to the management and customers.
∎ Maintain sales volume.
∎ Maintain cash, POS, bkash transaction properly.
∎ Gain knowledge on products as it will boost the sale.
∎ Determine and analyze customer's needs, trends, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer care through excellent customer services.
∎ Maintain stock transfer report properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Retail Sales and Marketing, Showroom Sales and Marketing.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
