Clothing, Fashion Brand, Promotion and Branding, Retail Management, Retail Operation, Retail Outlets, Retail Sales and Marketing, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales and marketing on garments and Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Boutique/ Fashion, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market trends and development that may impact offline marketing activities.
∎ Ensure sales as per business plan.
∎ Follow up day to day outlet operation related to all activities.
∎ Follow up inventory, cash, administrative, safety, and security issues related to the showroom.
∎ Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct research to identify emerging trends of consumers.
∎ Promote new products and offers to customers.
∎ Implement brand communication plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Pleasant personality, smart & good-looking.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and maintain proper supervision of showroom.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 3 years of work experience as In-charge in a large Retail Brand Shop.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Over time allowance, T/A
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
