Responsibilities & Context:
• Manage and supervise all retail branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, motivate, and manage branch teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a consistent customer experience across all branches.
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Analyze sales and operational reports and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective business operations and branch support.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and profitability.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
