∎ HSC
∎ Diploma/Certificate course Food & Beverage service.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to the supervisor/Manager Restaurant on duty;
∎ To report on duty according to the Duty Roster;
∎ To assist proper food and beverage service as per standard manner;
∎ To Prepare Bill against each and every order placed by the Captain or the Waiter;
∎ To prepare KOT order from members/ Guests;
∎ To maintain Credit Vouchers properly in case of Credit Sale;
∎ Perform proper maintenance and counting of KOT/Cash/Coupon received for deposition to the billing section soon after completion of service;
∎ To bring to the notice of the manager F&B on duty regarding any complaint during duty;
∎ Any other duty and responsibility as and when assigned by the Authority;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to create new ideas and smooth work environment;
∎ Ability to understand Club Members needs and handle the negotiation process;
∎ Strong time management skills;
∎ Strong organizational skills;
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented;
∎ Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary;
∎ Knowledge of good professional manner;
∎ Enthusiastic and passionate;
∎ Able to take under pressure;
∎ Must be honest and responsible full;
